2. The customer has the right to return the item within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of the goods.
3. The Client is responsible for the depreciation of any type of goods, the preservation of quality and safety during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
4. When returning goods, you must comply with the following return policy:
4.1. the product must be in the original and intact packaging;
4.2. the product must not be damaged by the buyer;
4.3. the product must not be used, lost its original appearance (intact labels, unopened protective films, etc.). This point can not be taken into account when a non-quality item is returned;
4.4. the returned item must be in the same package as it was received by the Buyer;
4.5. You must also submit a purchase document which must be placed in the package with the item
4.6. all goods ordered within one order must be returned at one time.

5. Radthesys CC reserves the right to refuse to accept Buyer’s returned goods in case of non-compliance with the return policy.
6. The Buyer has no right to return the item if the Buyer has damaged the product or substantially changed its appearance.
7. All expenses related to the return of goods are borne by the buyer. In the case of a bug or error, a copy of the check for return shipping costs must be attached.
8. In the case of controversial questions, an expert opinion is assigned as a defective item.
9. You will be refunded within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item by a transfer to the bank account from which the purchase was made.
10. Returning goods, you assume the shipping risk. Always keep a receipt issued by the post office.
